After completing the adventure in the Deserted Magical Castle, the wandering Shiren and the storytelling weasel, Koppa, lose their way and arrive at a village called Inori no Sato deep in the mountains. In the village, there is a legend that says, “If you climb the Fortune Tower towering in the hermit’s paradise, obtain the ‘Three Dice of Destiny’ created by the fate god, Reeva, and meet Reeva to roll those dice, you can change any unfortunate destiny.” In the village, there is a woman named Oyu who is bedridden with an incurable disease, and it is said that she has only a short time to live. Jirokichi, her lover, heads to the Fortune Tower to change Oyu’s fate of death. Can they really change fate? Shiren and Koppa follow Jirokichi and challenge the tower.
