The final PlayStation 2 KEYBOARDMANIA ever released. Includes all of the new songs with total songs 51, from both KEYBOARDMANIA 2ndMIX and KEYBOARDMANIA 3rdMIX, with the only exception of Mighty Guy -Long Version-. Unlike the previous CS release, it does not have any new CS songs. Also unlike KEYBOARDMANIA CS, KEYBOARDMANIA II 2ndMIX & 3rdMIX runs on DVD hardware on PlayStation 2. Support for MIDI keyboards was added (with a MIDI→USB converter).
