Suwa, a dull middle-aged man, is left with a mysterious message from his wife saying, “Everyone was the moon,” and runs away from home with all his property. To such a miserable man, the yakuza brother-in-law who always takes care of him assigns Yumi, a soap lady, and Suwa begins to love her.

Directed by Mochizuki Rokuro, who received high acclaim for Onibi, based on Hanamura Mantsuki’s novel of the same name, the movie is made into a film starring Okuda Eiji, a famous duo such as the “Gokudo Reporter” series. An adult romance movie that vividly portrays the feelings of a man and a woman who can’t get over it, while hiding a wet feeling in a dry atmosphere. Excellent work. Takami Yoshimoto, who plays the role of Yumi, overturns her conventional image and shows her a good performance with an adult charm.
