Morita Shogi is a series of computer shogi software, named after Morita Kazuo, the developer of the thinking routines for table games. The development company is Random House, founded by Morita Kazuo (later transferred to Yuuki Enterprise). Since 1985, it has been released on various platforms by different publishers. It is a veteran in computer shogi with a championship title in the World Computer Shogi Championship (1991).
