Persona 4 Arena, also known as Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena in Japan, is a 2D fighting game by Arc System Works, developed under the supervision of Atlus’s P Studio. It is directed by Katsura Hashino and scored by Shoji Meguro. It is a spin-off to both Persona 3 and Persona 4, set immediately after the events of Persona 4, featuring characters from both games. As such, it is strongly recommended to finish both Persona 3 and Persona 4 first, or else Arena will spoil major plot points from both games.
