a 2.5D fighting game version of Ultraman featuring a polygonal graphics but preset foreground and background movement. It is one of two games to require a ROM cartridge in order to function (the other being The King of Fighters ’95).　Five Ultra brothers and 10 monsters will appear. It features flashy effects such as scaling by the time, the effect of flames, and the collapse of the building. A dedicated ROM cartridge is attached, and you can not play unless you set both with the CD-ROM.
