Based on the anime of the same name Yū Yū Hakusho is a 2D fighting game that includes anime cutscenes, hand drawn sprites, six fighting arenas and a total of 15 characters, each with their own special combat moves. In Story Mode, the player can only chose Yusuke Urameshi, Hiei, Kurama or Kazuma Kuwabara. If the player character loses a match, the player must select one of the remaining characters.
