This is the first game based on the “Rebuild of Evangelion” series. It incorporates the story from the first film of the series, “Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone,” as well as elements from the TV anime “Neon Genesis Evangelion.” As a result, the game features characters like Asuka Langley Soryu, who does not appear in “1.0 You Are (Not) Alone.” Additionally, because the Third Angel does not appear in “1.0 You Are (Not) Alone,” there are a total of 18 Angels in the game.
