The Teikou Junior High basketball team, boasting the strongest reputation in the middle school basketball world, had five prodigies who each appeared once in ten years. They were known as the “Generation of Miracles” and later went on to attend different high schools. However, within Teikou, there was a “phantom sixth man” among the “Generation of Miracles.”

This game starts with the protagonist, Tetsuya Kuroko, joining Seirin High School. Players will deepen the team’s bonds through practice and events while developing their basketball club to their liking. The goal is to defeat rival schools and ultimately take down the “Generation of Miracles” with the team you have nurtured.
