The first game in the Everybody’s Golf series. It was released on 17 July 1997 in Japan, 30 April 1998 in North America and 1 June 1998 in Europe. The North American release was renamed Hot Shots Golf. It was the only game in the series to be developed by Camelot Software Planning, which later developed the Mario Golf series.
