This is a side-view boxing game themed around former American heavyweight boxer Riddick Bowe. Players can use the 1 and 2 buttons to throw punches to the left and right at three different levels: upper, mid, and lower. To win, players must either knock out their opponent by depleting their health gauge completely or score more effective hits within the time limit. If the opponent’s health is fully depleted, they can get up, but if the player achieves three knockouts, it results in a TKO and an unconditional victory (or loss if the player is knocked out).

In Career Mode, players start from rank 25 and advance by defeating higher-ranked opponents, with the ultimate goal of defeating the final boss, Riddick Bowe. At the start of the game, players can customize their character’s appearance, including name, hairstyle, hair color, skin color, and glove color, as well as adjust the balance of power, speed, and stamina. After each match, there is a training element where players can improve their stats. Reaching certain ranks will include comments from Riddick Bowe.
