Generation of Chaos is a game revolving around the management of a kingdom, expanding not only through military prowess, but also improving the inner workings of the player’s kingdom. The game moves between two modes: kingdom management and army battles. Once, it was a land where gods fought and eventually vanished. Many races have existed on this land since ancient times. This is the story of one such race: humans.

In the year 1599 of the Aulus calendar, the human race, who had lived on a remote northwestern island, began migrating to the mainland. The mainland, uncharted territory for humans, was inhabited by various beings such as winged humans, talking cats, and bipedal lizards—races humans had never seen before. As humans settled in lands where these races lived, some coexisted peacefully with them, while others engaged in invasions to establish their own territories.

As human migration continued, a nation was founded by humans in the frigid northeastern part of Lost Ground. This nation was ruled by Duke Gar Aneomis, who became the first king. In the year 1600 of the Aulus calendar, the kingdom of Dravania was born.

Time passed, and Dravania was now ruled by its sixth king, Nork. Drunk on his power, King Nork indulged in luxury and, when the kingdom’s finances grew dire, imposed heavy taxes on his people. The citizens’ dissatisfaction turned into anger, leading to a revolution. The monarchy was abolished, King Nork was executed, and Dravania fell into chaos with lawlessness spreading across towns and villages.

To quell the disorder, Zeonox, the military minister of Dravania, resolved to build a new nation under his leadership. He proposed to the council to make him the leader. However, the council, seeking quick stabilization, wanted to reinstate a member of the royal family as the ruler. Concerned about the return of the monarchy, Zeonox persuaded the council, albeit forcefully, to recognize him as the new leader. Thus, Zeonox ascended as the first emperor, marking the birth of the Dravanian Empire. Zeonox, to provide food and warm lands for his people, decided to expand the territory, transforming Dravania into a powerful military state within a year.

During this time, in one of the newly established military states, the remains of a giant dragon were discovered, a creature fitting the description of the legendary servants of the gods. A few months after the dragon’s discovery, Dravania began its invasion of other nations. This event took place in the year 1702 of the Aulus calendar.

Thus, the curtain rises on this story.
