The third installment of SCE’s popular RPG series. Unlike the first and second installments, this game features a different world called “Filgaia,” which is explored by “Drifters.” The unique multi-opening system showcases the stories of multiple protagonists, a hallmark of this series. This time, the main characters include Virginia, a dual-wielding gunslinger girl; Jet, a cold-hearted treasure hunter; Clive, a proud marksman; and Gallows, a man seeking freedom. Despite their differences, they cooperate and grow together as the story progresses.

A significant change from the previous installment is the Western-style atmosphere of the field. The game uses a “soft illustration touch” concept to portray the characters in a style that is neither typical CG nor anime. Additionally, the game boasts numerous intricate details, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
