“Heartbeat Scramble” is a romance simulation game for Sega Saturn released by Imagineer. While many romance simulations use anime characters as heroines, the main feature is that all the characters and backgrounds are live-action, but the game package using animation characters.

Live-action characters and event images are displayed in the upper half of the screen. In the lower half, the lines of the person and the deformed animation are displayed. You can spend three years in high school in the game. There is no game voice, but a movie with audio is occasionally displayed. The main character can only act once a day. In class, ability does not improve and only physical strength recovers.
